SCAN Health Plan seeks a dedicated Member Experience Guide to own the end-to-end member journey with empathy, clarity, and accountability. You will resolve inquiries, coordinate with internal teams, and deliver member-first solutions in a remote-capable setting.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year of customer service, healthcare exposure, and strong communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus. This role offers remote work with structured training and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or support roles, knowledge of handling multiple systems, and ability to resolve inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member experience from inquiry to resolution.
• Build trust through active listening and empathetic communication.
• Navigate systems and teams to resolve inquiries and deliver first-call resolution where possible.
• Translate benefits and processes into simple guidance for members.
