SCAN Health Plan is seeking a Member Experience Guide to own the end-to-end member interaction with empathy, clarity, and accountability. The role emphasizes member obsession, resolving inquiries and building trust in every touchpoint.

This remote position supports members nationwide, with training, a base rate of $20 per hour, and opportunities including a quarterly bonus, wellness program, generous PTO, and retirement savings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of customer service experience in a contact center, healthcare, hospitality, or service environment.
• English (read, write, spoken) required.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end member experience from inquiry to resolution.
• Resolve inquiries and concerns with first-call resolution when possible.
• Translate benefits, claims, and processes into simple guidance for members.
• Provide proactive communication and follow-up to ensure closure.
• Escalate as needed to improve the member experience.
