Job summary

Senture, LLC is seeking a Member Engagement Coordinator to perform high-volume outbound calls and promote free health evaluations. This fully remote role focuses on guiding members to schedule appointments with licensed providers using scripts and an auto-dialer.

You’ll operate in a fast-paced environment with performance targets, a two-week mandatory training period, and an incentive plan that offers potential monthly earnings beyond base pay. Requires US work authorization and HIPAA awareness.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Experience in high-volume outbound call centers.
• Able to pass pre-hire testing, background check, and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Make an average of 50 outbound calls per hour using an automated dialer.
• Sell the benefits of a free in-home or virtual health evaluation.
• Schedule appointments with licensed providers.
• Follow scripts and overcome objections to guide prospects to a decision.
• Maintain HIPAA compliance and protect member privacy.
