Job summary

PrudentRx seeks a Member Care Specialist for a 100% remote role supporting members through copay assistant programs. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, guide enrollment, and provide accurate, compassionate support while maintaining confidentiality.

Training, equipment, and virtual onboarding are provided. This fast-paced call center role requires excellence in communication, multi-screen navigation, and adherence to HIPAA.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• 1–2 years of call center experience in a fast-paced setting
• Professional, clear, and compassionate phone demeanor
• Computer navigation with multiple screens and CRM usage
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance
• Excellent verbal and written communication for notes and calls

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound member calls to assist enrollment
• Serve as SME for program eligibility and enrollment needs
• Provide tactful, compassionate support throughout enrollment
• Escalate unresolved cases and member grievances
• Use Salesforce CRM to verify data and complete enrollment
• Generate detailed records and notes in the CRM
• Manage queues/cases as directed by leadership
• Complete required training and ongoing learning
• Other essential duties as assigned
