Job summary

Arkos Health, Inc. is seeking a Healthcare Outreach Specialist with call center experience to join our team in Kentucky.

You will support members across omnichannel operations, scheduling for multiple service lines, and administering assessments and surveys while upholding patient education and quality standards. The role emphasizes timely, high-quality member interactions, HIPAA compliance, and proactive communication to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Call center and/or customer service experience required.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and member care preferred.
• Bilingual Spanish helpful, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive member interactions across omnichannel operations.
• Obtain verbal consent when scheduling members for call campaigns.
• Coordinate and manage care coordination activities per health plan agreements.
• Initiate timely contact, document all interactions, and schedule members in the scheduling system.
• Work independently, including from a remote location, using company systems.
• Ensure compliance with Arkos Health and HIPAA guidelines.
• Perform other call center-related tasks as assigned.
