Job summary

Sagility is seeking a Care Specialist-Clinical Operations to support members and providers in a remote US-based role. You will manage inbound calls, verify demographics, obtain pre-certifications, and document notes while adhering to HIPAA standards.

The position emphasizes empathy, strong communication, and the ability to navigate the healthcare system. Prior telehealth or healthcare support experience is preferred and workstation at home is typical.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 1 year of office/receptionist or telemarketing experience; telehealth support preferred.
• Strong telephone communication with members/customers.
• Ability to work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members, physicians, clients, and others per Sagility policies.
• Process requests and ensure accurate notes in patient charts.
• Conduct outbound calls for enrollment, surveys, and other projects.
• Route messages to nurse and document pertinent notes in charts when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality under HIPAA; ensure notes are clear and timely.
