Job summary

7Seventy is seeking a Remote Member Service Representative (United States) to manage a caseload and coordinate housing-related services for individuals experiencing housing instability. You will be the primary contact for members, conduct structured check-ins, document interactions, and escalate barriers as needed, all while aligning with Medicaid processes.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years in member services or a similar fast-paced, member-facing role.
• Experience supporting Medicaid members and/or individuals experiencing housing insecurity.
• Experience managing a workload or caseload with timely follow-up across needs.
• Experience working in a metrics-driven environment with defined SLAs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for assigned member caseload throughout housing support process.
• Conduct structured weekly check-ins and outreach to assess progress and needs.
• Develop practical next steps with members and maintain accountability via follow-up.
• Coordinate housing-related activities and assist with applications and information gathering.
• Connect members with community resources and local providers.
• Use Salesforce daily to document interactions, track outreach, and update cases.
