Vālenz Health® is seeking a remote Member Navigator to serve as a primary non-clinical contact for members. You’ll educate members about programs, gather information, and coordinate scheduling and services to ensure timely access to care.

You’ll work with providers, clients, and internal teams, documenting interactions and maintaining smooth workflows. A remote, HIPAA-compliant setup is required with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a remote call center environment.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling or related support roles.
• High attention to detail with courteous, accurate interactions.
• Ability to work independently with clear instructions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency, including Excel/PowerPoint.
• Ability to explain complex information clearly.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for members via phone, email, and other channels.
• Educate members on programs, benefits, eligibility, and next steps.
• Gather and document demographic, eligibility, and service information.
• Research questions and resolve routine issues; escalate complex matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end scheduling for imaging and services.
• Collaborate with Case Management and clinical teams as needed.
• Maintain complete documentation in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Foster effective communication among members, providers, and teams.
• Identify barriers and take action to ensure timely care.
• Support claims-related and operational activities as needed.
