Valenz Health is seeking a highly organized Member Navigator for a fully remote role in the United States. You will be the primary non-clinical contact, guiding members through programs, documenting case details, and coordinating scheduling with providers and internal teams.

You will educate members on benefits and processes, verify information, and escalate when clinical review is needed. Strong communication, reliability, and experience with healthcare operations are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a remote, call center environment.
• High-school diploma or GED.
• Experience in healthcare scheduling, patient access, or related support.
• High attention to detail with courteous, accurate, timely communication.
• Ability to work independently within defined procedures.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for members via phone, email, and other channels.
• Educate members on program benefits, processes, and options.
• Gather and document demographic, eligibility, and benefit information.
• Research questions and resolve routine issues; escalate complex matters.
• Coordinate end-to-end scheduling for imaging and other services.
