Job summary

United Response is seeking a Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) Contractor to join the Communication, Involvement and Engagement Team. This remote 10-day contract focuses on measuring the impact of the Democracy Champions programme and turning data into actionable insights to improve participation for people with learning disabilities and autistic people.

The role will refine and deliver the MEL framework, ensure robust data collection and evaluation, and provide clear recommendations for

Qualifications

• Experience developing Theory of Change models and evaluation frameworks.
• Experience working with people with learning disabilities and/or autistic people, in social care, health or community settings.
• Skills in designing accessible research methods, including Easy Read surveys, interviews and participatory evaluation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to turn complex data into clear, accessible recommendations.
• Excellent organisation and time management, with the ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
