Unknown Company is seeking an experienced Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) lead in the United States to guide the implementation and ongoing refinement of the MEL framework. You will design tools and performance indicators to strengthen donor reporting and accountability across programs.

You will also manage external partnerships to advance learning and impact measurement, combining strong analytical skills with hands-on collaboration to improve program outcomes in humanitarian

• Minimum five years of professional experience in monitoring, evaluation, and learning.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research and data analysis.
• Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Excel and data analysis software.
