Job summary

The Catholic Medical Mission Board (CMMB) is seeking a Senior Manager of Monitoring and Evaluation to lead global MEL efforts from a primarily remote role with ~20% travel. You will shape data standards, coordinate cross‑country learning, and guide data use for decision making, donor reporting, and knowledge management.

You will manage MEL systems, dashboards in Power BI, and a knowledge base while building capacity across country offices and affiliates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Health, Statistics, Evaluation and Measurement, or other international development‑related discipline; Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for MEL systems standards, data aggregation, and cross-country learning.
• Oversee data infrastructure, the LogAlto platform, and Power BI dashboards for global reporting.
• Build capacity through mentoring and tool development across country offices and affiliates.
• Support baseline, mid‑term, and end‑of‑project evaluations and related research.
• Collaborate with partners to produce annual impact reports and external communications.
• Lead data learning sessions and contribute to donor reporting and strategic decision making.
