Job summary

Kier Group plc. is seeking a MEICA Estimator to support the Southern Water Framework team. The role is remote with travel to offices in the Southern Water region as required.

You will develop solutions and prices for projects on the Capital Delivery Framework, coordinating with suppliers and internal teams. You should have experience delivering tenders in the water sector, strong organisation, and knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering tenders and pricing in the water industry.
• Excellent organisational and planning skills for multiple projects.
• Strong experience in Pre-Construction/ECI phases.
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical assets in the Water Industry.
• Proficiency with estimating software and IT tools.

Responsibilities

• Prepare multi-discipline tender pricing and different price levels.
• Read client specs and drawings; input into design management.
• Identify risks and opportunities with safety, quality and environmental focus.
• Coordinate with suppliers, sub-contractors and internal teams for quotations.
• Prepare final submission documentation aligned to commercial requirements.
