Job summary

IQVIA MedTech is seeking a client-facing Delivery Manager to oversee end-to-end delivery and governance for high-value MedTech accounts in the US. You will ensure quality, manage SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate with cross-functional teams across IQVIA assets to drive client success.

The role requires 5–8+ years in delivery/customer-facing roles, a bachelor’s degree, and the ability to travel ~20–25% from a US remote location. Prior MedTech experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years in account management or delivery management.
• Experience with MedTech is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with IQVIA offerings and healthcare analytics preferred.
• Ability to manage complex accounts in a matrix organization.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery oversight for complex MedTech accounts.
• Represent IQVIA information assets across the client portfolio.
• Establish and manage delivery governance, SLAs, KPIs, and change control.
• Ensure contractual deliveries meet quality, accuracy, and timeliness.
• Lead quarterly business reviews with senior client stakeholders.
