Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Senior Customer Success Associate to ensure accurate and timely delivery of measurement projects. You will manage documentation, perform QC, develop client insights, and serve as a trusted resource for clients and internal teams.

You will mentor junior team members, collaborate with Engagement Managers, and optimize workflows to reduce delivery risk while delivering data-driven recommendations and client value.

• Experience with Paid Media across Digital, TV, Audio, Search, Social.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex datasets.
• Experience managing quality control, data validation, and client deliverables.
• Excellent communication for explaining concepts to clients and teams.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with delivery excellence.
• Collaborative across teams to meet client goals.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain recurring client deliverables: mapping files, cost files, raw data validation, QC documentation.
• Perform second-pass QC, validation, and issue resolution per IQVIA standards.
• Ensure deliverables are accurate, timely, and aligned with client objectives.
• Identify and resolve data, reporting, and operational issues with SMEs.
• Improve workflows to increase efficiency and reduce delivery risk.
• Monitor progress and communicate risks to project leadership.
• Build strong client relationships and support day-to-day needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Delivery, Data Management and others.
