Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3-5 years of related experience.
• Experience in consulting and primary market research in MedTech or healthcare.
• Experience developing client-facing reports and presentations using Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate findings into business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical tools used for quantitative research.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Knowledge of consulting methods, tools, and techniques.
• Knowledge of current events and developments within the industry and across major competitors.
• Effective time management and project prioritization skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with review and analysis of client questions to support solutions.
• Conduct primary market research and quantitative analyses to identify key findings.
• Support survey design, data analysis, and synthesis of insights.
• Develop clear client presentations and reports using data-driven storytelling.
• Create and deliver client-ready project deliverables utilizing established consulting frameworks.
• Collaborate with colleagues across geographies and functions.
• Lead portions of projects or workstreams under the guidance of senior staff.
• Contribute to a culture of curiosity and knowledge sharing across the team.
