Qualifications

• 4-year degree from an accredited college or university preferred.
• 1–2 years in MedTech, Pharma sales, or B2B sales required.
• 1+ yr Inside sales/remote engagement required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven sales success and territory management.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Proficiency with CRM and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Deliver accurate product information to Healthcare Professionals by phone.
• Coordinate sales strategies with teammates to maximize sales in assigned territory.
• Navigate CRM while handling multiple tasks and providing accurate information.
• Build mutually beneficial relationships with targeted accounts and physicians.
• Maintain high work ethic and punctuality in reporting for scheduled work.
