Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in New Jersey is seeking a Deliver/Customer Service Workstream Leader to drive the North America O2C template and support Transcend Dynamo deployment.

You will partner with cross-functional teams, validate template decisions, and ensure adoption readiness, including training, SOPs, and change management. This is a 28-month duration-based role with US-based candidates considered for remote options.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in Supply Chain or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• SAP Deliver/Customer Service and OTC expertise.
• Ability to drive timely decisions amid ambiguity.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with SAP in OTC, order management and invoicing.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops aligning with order management and requirements.
• Act as Deliver business representative for process requirements.
• Drive change readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
• Represent Deliver in system demos and design with structured feedback.
• Oversee data readiness, cleansing, validation, deployment prep.
• Define test scenarios for end-to-end validation of order to cash.
• Lead validation activities through testing and business simulations.
• Assess solutions' impact on KPIs, service levels, and CX.
• Ensure SOPs and training are completed and approved before deployment.
• Lead cutover planning, training, deployment, and early-life support.
