Responsibilities

• Participate in solution workshops aligning to order management and plan requirements.
• Act as plan business representative across global/local process requirements.
• Drive plan change impact assessment and readiness planning for O2C deployment.
• Support system demos, design reviews, and provide strategic feedback.
• Oversee plan data readiness, cleansing, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Define and govern test scenarios for end-to-end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities through testing and business simulations.
• Communicate impacts to Plan KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
• Ensure SOPs are updated and approved prior to deployment and support cutover.
