Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Plan WorkStream Leader for the Transcend Dynamo Deployment to ensure the North America plan supports O2C processes within SAP templates. You will guide cross-functional teams, validate requirements, and drive readiness for cutover and deployment.

Primarily based in Raritan, NJ, the role offers case-by-case remote options for US-based candidates. Occasional travel up to 20% is required as part of the program.

Qualifications

• Minimum five (5) years of related business experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash Processes.
• A minimum of a Bachelor's degree.
• Subject-matter expertise in Plan and Order-to-Cash capabilities within an SAP environment.
• Ability to drive timely decision-making and execution against defined plans while managing risk and dependencies.
• Strong self-leadership, with the ability to operate effectively in ambiguity, manage competing demands, and demonstrate resilience during transformation.
• Ability to balance and align diverse stakeholder priorities to enable consistent process adoption and business readiness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency with SAP including modules relevant to the Value Stream (Allocation Management, Inventory Planning, Order Fulfillment).

Responsibilities

• Lead plan participation in solution workshops, aligning with order management and plan requirements.
• Serve as plan business representative, guiding global/local process requirements.
• Drive plan change impact assessment and readiness across the O2C deployment.
• Represent plan in demos and design reviews with structured feedback.
• Oversee plan data readiness, cleansing, validation, and deployment preparedness.
• Define and govern plan test scenarios to support end-to-end O2C validation.
• Lead validation activities for the plan workstream through testing and simulations.
• Assess and communicate solution impacts to Plan KPIs, service levels, and customer experience.
• Ensure Plan SOPs are updated, completed, and approved prior to deployment.
• Provide leadership support for cutover planning, training execution, post-go-live deployment, and early-life stabilization activities.
