This duration-based role supports change enablement, training, SOPs, and customer communications, with remote options on a case‑by‑case basis for US‑based candidates. Lead a team of process leads and SMEs across North America.

Qualifications

• Four+ years of business-related experience in Supply Chain or Order to Cash processes.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Subject-matter expertise in Deliver/Customer Service and Order-to-Cash in SAP environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead participation in solution confirmation workshops aligning with order management and requirements.
• Serve as Deliver business representative for global/local process requirements.
• Drive change impact assessment and readiness planning across the O2C deployment.
• Represent Deliver in system demos and design, providing structured feedback.
• Oversee Deliver data readiness including cleansing, validation, and deployment readiness.
• Define and govern Deliver/Customer Service test scenarios for end-to-end validation.
