Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project management.
• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership.
• Proven track record in developing procurement category strategies.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, SCM, Operations, or related field.
• Preferred CPM or CPSM certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop category strategies to enhance financial value and improve Total Cost of Ownership (TCO).
• Assess work streams for consolidation opportunities and best practices.
• Monitor global supply market trends and supplier developments.
• Pursue category management strategies to secure competitive advantage.
• Implement metrics to identify gaps and drive improvements.
• Challenge existing procurement practices to enhance results.
• Develop innovative solutions for complex issues and manage change effectively.
• Build effective networks within and outside the organization.
• Adapt category strategies to changing market conditions.
• Negotiate Master Agreements with key suppliers.
• Perform cost analysis and establish benchmarks for suppliers.
