Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in procurement, contract management, or project management.
• Expertise in procurement, estimating, business, and leadership.
• Proven track record in developing procurement category strategies.
• Experience negotiating contracts with vendors.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Finance, SCM, Operations, or related field.
• Preferred CPM or CPSM certification.

For our client, we are seeking a Medium Voltage Category Manager to join the team of a leader in the Real Estate & Construction space.

This remote role will drive category management strategy within procurement, with a focus on strengthening supplier performance, improving cost efficiency, and supporting smarter sourcing decisions. The position will partner closely with internal stakeholders and external vendors to develop disciplined category plans that create financial value and better Total Cost of Ownership outcomes. It is a strong fit for a procurement professional who can combine analytical rigor, negotiation skill, and cross-functional leadership in a construction environment.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $109,600 – $143,800 annually
