Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years healthcare or pharmacy access experience.
• State Board of Pharmacy Technician registration within 6 months of hire.
• Leadership experience with staff scheduling and performance management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and staffing for assigned teams.
• Adjust schedules and workflow gaps to maintain efficiency.
• Recruit, hire, evaluate, and retain personnel to support a high-performing team.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development to staff.
• Coordinate training, competency assessments, and quality review activities.
• Monitor KPIs related to patient access, productivity, satisfaction and workflow; take corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and privacy requirements.
