Job summary

ArchWell Health is seeking a Team Lead, Pharmacy Medication Adherence Program to guide a team of Pharmacy Technicians in a virtual environment, reporting to the Clinical Pharmacy Manager, Medication Adherence. You will oversee daily operations, onboard and train new staff, and support clinical programs per established protocols while assisting members with plan benefits.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
Registered Pharmacy Technician with a state board of pharmacy.
Minimum of five years as a Pharmacy Technician with CMS Quality measures or Medication Adherence experience.
Leadership or managerial experience is a plus.
Experience with geriatric patients or a medication adherence program is a plus.

Responsibilities

Provide operations oversight of Centralized Medication Adherence Program Pharmacy Technicians.
Coordinate and conduct trainings during onboarding.
Participate in hiring processes as needed.
Optimize the Centralized Medication Adherence Program workflow as needed.
Assist with other pharmacy departmental clinical programs or initiatives.
Conduct telephonic outreaches and answer medication use questions.
Review refill requests and coordinate with pharmacies to meet member needs.
Collaborate with care teams to resolve medication-use issues.
Ensure tasks are completed timely and compliant with HIPAA and standards.
Attend staff meetings and contribute to QA and process improvements.
