Job summary

Valeris is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to lead a dedicated team delivering patient support for access to complex medications. You will guide triage, case management, and documentation accuracy while ensuring timely processing of prescriptions and records.

You will manage staffing, training, and coaching, while aligning with SOPs and client-specific rules. A RN license and leadership experience are required for this role.

Qualifications

• Licensed Registered Nurse (RN) required.
• 2-3 years nursing experience with relevant disease state preferred.
• Nurse line triage and call center utilization management experience a plus.
• Case management or clinical trial nurse experience a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher strongly preferred.
• Previous personnel/team management experience.
• Knowledge of specialty drug product marketplace, health insurance claims processing, and working with manufacturers is a plus.
• Previous experience leading customer service teams is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Daily program operational management.
• Ensures contracted Service Level Agreement adherence.
• Responsible for implementation and on-going management of client-specific business rules.
• Proactively communicates to team daily to ensure engagement and alignment to daily program operations and goals.
• Team hiring, development and training.
• Ensures daily program staffing levels are consistent with daily program needs.
• Ensure that direct reports receive the training needed to be proficient in their roles.
• Works proactively with Human Resources to develop a steady pipeline of potential candidates as needed.
• Provides consistent, timely coaching and development for direct reports for a functional area.
• Reporting of Adverse Events/ Product Complaint inquiries received in accordance with SOP and good manufacturing practice.
• Utilize Valeris’ values as the driving force behind the team’s success.
• On time adherence to training deadlines for all corporate policies and procedures.
• Ensure all SOPs are followed with consistency.
• Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.
