Job summary

Humana Inc. is seeking a remote Sales Support Representative to empower a fast-paced Medicare sales team with administrative, operational and member support activities.

You will handle invoices, draft documents, compile statistics, maintain member records, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues while managing multiple projects with limited guidance. This role requires independent judgment and strong time management.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of administrative experience.
• Intermediate experience in Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, and Teams.
• Self-motivated with experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels, while handling calls and multiple projects.
• Light travel may be required, based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Processing sales invoices
• Drafting sales documents, proposals, reports, and correspondence such as sales contracts and maintenance agreements
• Compiling and completing standard calculations for reporting statistics
• Gathering background research on member accounts, prospects, competitors, and industry trends to support sales team activities
• Communicate with staff in other areas of the organization to confirm the status of orders and resolve member complaints
• Maintaining up-to-date member records
• Collating marketing materials and preparing information needed for team meetings
• Answering internal and member inquiries
• Working under limited guidance, relying on previous experience / depth and breadth of knowledge of administrative processes and organizational knowledge
• Completing general administrative duties
