Mira Mace is seeking a warm, patient-focused call specialist to be the first point of contact for Medicare patients, explaining how our services work and coordinating their first doctor visit. This non-clinical role leverages CHW/LPN background to understand patient needs while staying HIPAA-compliant.

The position is remote in the U.S. as a 1099 contractor, requiring 20–40 hours per week, with pay at $20–$25 per hour, and occasional evenings or weekend coverage as needed.

Formación

• Located in the United States and ready for remote, patient-facing work.
• Active LPN/LVN license or CHW certification.
• 2+ years of patient-facing Medicare experience.
• Deep knowledge of Medicare and the U.S. healthcare system.
• Comfort with a high volume of daily phone conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Answer calls from patients who just signed up and book their first visit.
• Explain Medicare coverage and Mira Mace services in plain language.
• Document conversations accurately in the platform.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance.
• Follow up with patients via phone and text when needed.
