Mira Mace is seeking a remote, part-time patient intake specialist to help Medicare patients navigate care by phone. You will call new signups, confirm plan details, explain services, and book the patient’s first doctor visit during the call.

This role is non-clinical, requires on-phone communication, and a healthcare background such as CHW, LPN/LVN, or RN, with US residency. Join us on a remote team offering flexible hours and a clear impact on patient outcomes.

Competenze

• Active LPN/LVN or RN license, or CHW certification.
• 2+ years speaking directly with patients or health-plan members.
• Located in the United States.

Mansioni

• Call new Mira Mace patients, learn their needs, and explain how our care works and Medicare coverage.
• Explain next steps in plain language and book the first doctor visit during the call.
• Document every conversation in our platform and flag urgent needs to the care team.
