Job summary

Alignment Health USA, LLC is seeking a Remote Regional Concierge Navigator to support members in their market, helping them access care and benefits. The role includes Welcome Calls, onboarding, scheduling, and coordinating with PCPs and providers, all while maintaining high-quality service across the member lifecycle.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of customer service experience, knowledge of ICD-10/CPT, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of ICD-10 and CPT codes.
• Typing speed of 40+ words per minute or more.
• Ability to navigate Medicare Advantage or HMO referrals and authorizations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with diverse members.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish or English/Vietnamese or English/Mandarin is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-market member support and onboarding.
• Schedule appointments and coordinate care with PCPs and providers.
• Resolve member issues and ensure timely follow-ups.
• Educate members on benefits and authorization processes.
• Coordinate and obtain medical records and referrals as needed.
