Job summary

Devoted Health is seeking a dedicated Member Services professional to deliver world‑class support with empathy, accuracy and a commitment to resolving needs on the first contact whenever possible. In this remote, US-based role you will coordinate care navigation, schedule appointments, educate members on plan benefits, and collaborate with clinical teams to ensure timely, quality care and documentation.

Hours vary with extended coverage; evenings, weekends, and holidays may be required.

Qualifications

• Advanced problem resolution skills with ability to navigate complex member needs.
• Healthcare navigation and care coordination including scheduling and benefit navigation.
• Comfort with established protocols and escalation pathways for time-sensitive needs.
• Strong written and verbal communication across phone, chat, and digital channels.
• Active listening and member advocacy to remove barriers to care.
• Critical thinking to evaluate situations and determine next steps.
• Empathy and emotional intelligence in supporting members.
• Team collaboration with clinical staff and cross-functional partners.
• Adaptability and reliability in a dynamic environment and changing priorities.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Exceptional Member Support: respond to inquiries with empathy, accuracy and resolve needs on first interaction when possible.
• Coordinate Care Navigation & Access: assist members with provider searches, appointment scheduling and onboarding visits.
• Clinical Care Coordination: support members with symptoms or lab results, coordinate follow-up care and timely communication of updates.
• Deliver Benefit and Program Education: educate on plan benefits, programs, enrollment opportunities and pharmacy benefits.
• Maintain Accurate Documentation: ensure timely, complete and accurate records for continuity of care.
• Collaborate Across Teams: partner with CAs and clinical staff to close loops and resolve needs efficiently.
• Contribute to Team & Process Improvement: participate in meetings and workflow enhancements.
• Adapt to Evolving Business Needs: demonstrate flexibility with priorities and channels.
