Job summary

Gallagher, through Your Way Insurance (YWI), is hiring remote Medicare Sales Agents across the United States. This fully remote role lets you connect with potential clients, explain Medicare options, and guide enrollment while staying current on regulations.

You’ll work with qualified inbound leads, collaborate with a supportive team, and maintain a strong focus on customer experience and sales objectives. Training and licensing support are provided.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Active Health Insurance License in resident state prior to start date, maintained in good standing.
• AHIP certification preferred.
• Medicare LOA required for residents of North Carolina.
• 1+ years experience in sales or related environment preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Conduct needs-based consultations with prospective Medicare beneficiaries.
• Explain Medicare plan options, benefits, and coverage differences clearly.
• Guide customers through enrollment and complete applications accurately.
• Respond to customer questions and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain knowledge of Medicare regulations, carrier products, and industry updates.
• Partner with team members to support customer satisfaction and sales goals.
