Job summary

1bios, Inc. is seeking experienced Enrollment Specialists based in Latin America to join our remote team. You will speak with U.S.-based Medicare patients by phone, explain RPM and CCM programs, answer questions, and enroll participants who choose to join.

This independent contractor role is remote and available part-time or full-time with a minimum of 20 hours per week. You must have prior U.S. healthcare experience, clear English, reliable internet, and a professional home office.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting U.S. healthcare or Medicare patient populations.
• Clear and easily understandable spoken English for senior patients.
• Proficient with web-based systems and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to U.S. Medicare patients.
• Educate patients on doctor-recommended RPM and CCM programs.
• Answer Medicare-related questions and enroll interested patients.
• Obtain verbal consent and document call notes accurately.
• Meet daily productivity and enrollment targets.
