Job summary

1bios is a remote care leader offering RPM and CCM programs to patients. Enrollment Specialists educate patients about programs, then enroll interested individuals over the phone and via the 1bios system.

This is a remote, 1099 independent contractor role with flexible hours. Minimum 20 hours per week, start ASAP, and opportunities to earn with a $5 enrollment bonus. Top performers average over $30/hour.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales, telephone outreach, healthcare, or customer service.
• Ability to speak clearly, compassionately, and patiently with elderly patients.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with web-based tools and systems.

Responsibilities

• Make 8-15 outbound calls per hour to eligible patients.
• Educate patients on RPM and CCM program benefits as recommended by physicians.
• Obtain verbal consent and enter enrollment data into the 1bios system.
• Maintain accurate records and meet enrollment targets.
• Support text and email outreach campaigns as needed.
