You will work closely with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to drive critical solutions with high visibility.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and be persistent in scheduling calls to move projects along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
