Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a seasoned Business Systems Analyst II for a fully remote engagement supporting Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives. You will partner with business and technical teams, gather requirements, and drive effective solutions in a healthcare payer setting.

You will analyze data, perform testing, and support regulatory reporting while navigating Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments. Strong SQL and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive process forward and coordinate calls to move projects along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
