Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a remote Business Systems Analyst II to support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives for a rapidly growing healthcare payer environment. This is a high-impact contract-to-hire role working with stakeholders, development teams, and business leaders to drive critical healthcare programs.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience in healthcare.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Experience with Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer domain experience.
• Strong SQL skills for data analysis and issue resolution.
• Experience gathering requirements, documenting processes, and mapping workflows.
• Experience with UAT planning, test-case creation and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives in a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support regulatory reporting.
• Drive projects forward with proactive communication to stakeholders.
• Work in Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to move initiatives forward.
