Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support Encounter, Exchange and Medicare initiatives in a remote EST environment. The role involves partnering with stakeholders and development teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and drive solutions in a fast-growing healthcare payer context.

The analyst will perform data analysis, testing, and regulatory reporting while supporting both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing payer environment
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting
• Drive projects forward with stakeholders and ensure timely scheduling of calls
• Work with challenging stakeholders and push projects forward independently
• Support both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments
