Beacon Hill Staffing Group is seeking a Business Systems Analyst II to support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives in a fully remote EST environment. You will collaborate with stakeholders and development teams to drive solutions and ensure quality through data analysis and testing.

The role requires strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience, SQL proficiency, and the ability to navigate both Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments, with visibility and autonomy to influence

Qualifications

• 6+ years Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Strong Medicare Encounter Processing experience.
• Encounter validation, reporting, and reconciliation.
• Healthcare payer experience.
• Strong SQL for data analysis, validation, and issue resolution.
• Requirements gathering, documentation, and process mapping.
• UAT planning, test case creation, and defect management.

Responsibilities

• Support Encounter, Exchange, and Medicare initiatives within a growing healthcare payer environment.
• Partner with business and technical teams to gather requirements, improve processes, and drive solutions.
• Analyze data, perform testing, and support issue resolution and regulatory reporting.
• Drive the process forward proactively and politely persistent to schedule calls to help move things along.
• Work with challenging stakeholders and drive projects forward independently.
• Support Agile and Waterfall SDLC environments.
