Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking a Licensed Benefit Advisor for a fully remote, seasonal role. You must hold an active Health Insurance license and have at least one year of health sales experience, including Medicare sales.

Pay is $21/hour plus commissions earned at season end, with average commissions ranging $3k–$8k. The position is based out of Dallas, TX, with core hours 8am–11pm EST, start between September 7 and 14, and benefits including medical/dental/vision, 401(k), life insurance, disability and

• Has an active Health License.
• Has at least one year sales experience.
• Has at least one season of Health sales experience.
• Has at least one season of Medicare Sales Experience.

Responsibilities

• Sell and enroll retirees into appropriate insurance products including health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.
• Provide Medicare education, conduct needs analysis, and help retirees select suitable plans.
• Offer customer service during and after the sales process.
