Job summary

Centerfield, via its QuoteManage subsidiary, is seeking licensed Health & Life Insurance Agents to join a fully remote team serving Medicare consumers nationwide. You will handle inbound calls, enroll customers into suitable plans, and leverage a high-commission compensation structure with daily spiffs and AEP bonuses.

Expect ~40 hours/week with a standard 40-hour schedule, seasonal peak during AEP, and earnings typically $75k–$85k, with top performers over $100k.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Medicare phone sales experience.
• Must reside in and hold a Resident License in one of the allowed states.
• Ability to work October 15 – December 7 during AEP.
• Private, distraction-free home office and HIPAA compliance.
• Reliable high-speed internet at home.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound/outbound calls with customers.
• Enroll eligible Medicare customers into health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans.
• Document interactions and enrollments in required systems.
• Meet productivity, quality, and sales targets.
