Job summary

Sagility is hiring Licensed Health Insurance Agents to work from home in a fully remote, seasonal role. You’ll provide consultative support to customers exploring health insurance options, qualify callers, explain plan benefits, and guide them toward the most appropriate Medicare plan when applicable.

This role is remote from the United States and allows you to work from home with a virtual team while serving Sagility and our Fortune 10 client partners with professionalism and care.

Responsibilities

• Use active listening and in-depth knowledge of Medicare to complete a thorough needs analysis of the member and recommend a plan that fits
• Answer inbound calls from customers and walk them through Medicare and health plan options
• Build and maintain trusting relationships with members and prospects
• Establish yourself as a trusted advisor throughout the consultation process
• Represent Sagility and our Fortune 10 client partners with professionalism and care
