Job summary

Metz Insurance & Financial is seeking a licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join our remote team in a full-time W2 role. You will educate clients on Medicare options, assist with enrollments, and maintain relationships while staying compliant and independent.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years Medicare sales experience, an active Health Insurance license, AHIP certification, and relevant state licenses. We offer base pay with commissions and remote work flexibility.

Qualifications

• Active Health Insurance License with at least 90 days remaining before expiration.
• AHIP 2027 Certification required.
• Resume and NIPR report (PDB report) required.
• Minimum 2+ years Medicare sales experience.
• At least 2 active non-resident state licenses.
• New or seasoned Medicare agents welcome; seasoned must have releases for UHC.
• Strong communication and strict adherence to compliant sales practices.
• Experience with enrollment and client management systems such as Sunfire.

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare Advantage, Supplement, and Part D options.
• Conduct needs-based conversations to identify coverage needs.
• Explain plan features, costs, and coverage clearly.
• Assist with enrollment while following CMS and carrier rules.
• Maintain client relationships through professional service and follow-up.
• Keep accurate records in CRM and enrollment platforms (Sunfire).
• Stay current on Medicare guidelines and carrier requirements.
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout sales and enrollment process.
• Work independently while collaborating with remote team and support staff.
• Comply with company, carrier, and regulatory standards.
