Job summary

Metz Insurance & Financial is hiring a Licensed Medicare Insurance Agent to join a remote, full-time W2 team. Base pay plus commission, with Medicare sales experience required and AHIP certification.

Must hold an active health license and Sunfire CRM familiarity, with multi-state licensure for non-residents encouraged. You will educate beneficiaries on plan options, conduct needs-based conversations, assist enrollments, and maintain client relationships while complying with CMS and carrier

Qualifications

• Active health insurance license with at least 90 days remaining
• AHIP 2027 certification required
• Resume and NIPR/PDB report required
• 2+ years Medicare sales experience
• Two active non-resident state licenses required
• New or seasoned agents welcome
• Seasoned agents must have releases and be able to contract with UHC
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Experience with enrollment and client management systems such as Sunfire
• Ability to work independently in a remote team environment

Responsibilities

• Educate clients on Medicare options
• Conduct needs-based conversations to understand client coverage needs
• Explain plan features, benefits, costs, and coverage options clearly
• Assist clients with enrollment following CMS and carrier requirements
• Build and maintain strong client relationships through professional service and follow-up
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM and enrollment platforms such as Sunfire
• Stay current on Medicare guidelines and carrier requirements
• Communicate professionally with clients throughout the sales and enrollment process
• Work independently while collaborating with a remote team and support staff
• Follow all applicable company, carrier, and regulatory compliance standards
