Winning Assistants, Inc. is seeking a Medical Virtual Assistant focused on Lab Results and Patient Coordination. The role supports lab/imaging result follow-up, EHR documentation, patient communication, scheduling, and administrative coordination in a mostly remote setting.

The candidate should have a Medical Assistant background, excellent communication, and the ability to work with providers to relay information accurately while avoiding clinical interpretation. Weekdays, ET hours.

Qualifications

• Medical Assistant experience is required in a medical practice setting.
• Lab or imaging follow-up communication with patients is required.
• Strong patient communication skills by phone, empathetic and clear.
• Experience documenting patient interactions and follow-up in an EHR.
• Experience scheduling follow-up appointments and coordinating tests.
• Spanish-English bilingual ability is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Review provider-documented instructions for lab and imaging results.
• Contact patients to communicate results and next steps clearly.
• Coordinate follow-up appointments and testing as directed by providers.
• Document all patient interactions and scheduling updates in the EHR.
• Escalate questions outside administrative scope to providers.
