ACC Premiere, LLC is hiring a Remote Transportation Care Coordinator to support members in scheduling non‑emergency medical transportation. This role requires excellent written and verbal communication, a customer-service mindset, and the ability to manage high volumes of calls via phone, live chat, and email.

Training is provided; a dedicated home workspace is required, with reliable internet and a quiet environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; both internally and externally.
• Minimum of 2 years’ customer service experience in a call center.
• Ability to adapt to various customer needs and maintain professionalism.

Responsabilités
