The role requires strong organization, multitasking and clear communication; you will work independently, maintain schedules, and collaborate with clinical teams, vendors and staff to deliver timely, confidential transportation

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in scheduling, transportation coordination, healthcare, or administrative work preferred.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and scheduling systems.
• Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities.
• Customer service oriented with a compassionate demeanor.
• Experience in a skilled nursing or healthcare setting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule resident transportation for medical appointments.
• Communicate appointment details with residents, families, providers, and staff.
• Track and maintain transportation schedules and calendars.
• Confirm appointments and transportation arrangements to ensure timely service.
• Monitor transportation requests and prioritize urgent needs.
• Maintain accurate records, logs, and documentation.
• Coordinate with clinical teams regarding transportation needs.
• Assist with administrative duties and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with policies and resident confidentiality.
