Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coordinate care with external community providers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office and electronic systems (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Process community care consults in electronic systems.
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and third parties.
• Provide friendly, quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Perform front desk administrative duties as needed.
