Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with basic medical terminology.
• Minimum 6 months of customer service experience.
• Ability to type 50 WPM and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Answer and screen phone calls courteously.
• Schedule and track appointments; perform pre- and post- appointment contacts.
• Process medical records and ensure proper entry into Records Systems.
• Coordinate care with external community care providers.
• Utilize Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel) and electronic systems.
• Communicate effectively with internal/external providers, staff, patients, and third parties.
• Provide friendly, quality customer service to patients and staff.
• Perform front desk administrative duties as needed.
