Comagine Health is seeking a Program Coordinator - Behavioral Health to support clinical staff by performing non-clinical operations, scheduling, data entry, and case setup in workflow systems. This role emphasizes organized, responsive program operations and collaboration with clinicians.

The position is primarily remote in the U.S., with responsibilities including handling records, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring compliance with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum of four (4) years of progressive, relevant administrative support experience.
• Preferred: experience in Behavioral Health or clinical healthcare settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Behavioral Health clinical teams.
• Coordinate initiatives, track progress, and set timelines for delegated assignments.
• Schedule appointments for recipients with clinical staff and support teams.
• Set up and maintain cases in workflow management systems.
• Assist recipients and partners by phone and email, responding to requests.
• Perform complex data entry and data management in clinical and claims systems.
• Coordinate, organize, and maintain accurate filing systems (electronic and paper).
• Ensure records and information are developed, stored, and archived in compliance with privacy rules.
• Develop and maintain documents, reports, templates, and tracking tools.
• Support documentation requests and ensure timely receipt of required records.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of administrative processes and workflows.
